Data Deletion.
You can revoke the KL Studio publishing app and request deletion of information associated with your Facebook authorization.
Option 1: Remove access in Facebook
- Sign in to the Facebook account that authorized the app.
- Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
- Select the KL Studio publishing app and choose Remove.
- Review Facebook's removal options and confirm.
Menu labels can vary by account type and Meta interface updates. Removing the app prevents future API access through that authorization.
Option 2: Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject Facebook App Data Deletion. Include:
- The Facebook Page name connected to the app.
- The email address used to authorize or administer the workflow.
- If available, the Facebook Page ID or User ID associated with the authorization.
Do not send your Facebook password, access token, App Secret, payment information, or government identification.
What happens next
KL Studio will acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is authorized to act for the connected Page, revoke or remove stored credentials where applicable, and delete associated publishing records unless retention is required for security or legal obligations.
A completion response or an explanation of any required retention will be sent within 30 days after a valid request is verified.
