Who operates the app

KL Studio is operated by Kris Lacanlale. The app is an internal content-publishing tool used only with Facebook Pages that the operator is authorized to manage. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Information processed

Depending on the permissions approved through Facebook Login and Meta, the app may process:

• Facebook account and Page identifiers needed to select an authorized Page.
• Page name and granted Page permissions.
• Access tokens required to authenticate approved publishing requests.
• Content supplied for publication, including captions, links, images, and videos.
• Publishing responses such as post identifiers, status, timestamps, and technical error messages.

The app does not request Facebook passwords. Access tokens and secrets must not be placed in public source code.

How information is used

• Authenticate an authorized Page administrator.
• Prepare, schedule, publish, and verify Page content.
• Prevent duplicate posts and diagnose failed publishing requests.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the publishing workflow.

KL Studio does not sell Facebook user or Page data and does not use it for unrelated advertising profiles.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Credentials are intended to be stored in restricted automation credentials or server environment variables. Information may be processed by Meta and by infrastructure providers strictly as needed to host, automate, store, or deliver the requested content.

Publishing records are retained only while reasonably necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. An administrator may revoke the app through Facebook at any time and may request deletion using the instructions below.

Your choices and security

You may remove the app from your Facebook settings, revoke its Page permissions, or request deletion of data associated with the app. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when the app, its permissions, or its providers change. The effective date above will be revised for material updates.
