Operator and acceptance

KL Studio is operated by Kris Lacanlale. By authorizing or using the Facebook publishing app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the app.

The app is an internal publishing tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta.

Authorized use

You may use the app only for a Facebook Page that you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate Page roles and permissions and for ensuring that every submitted post, caption, image, video, and link is lawful and accurate.

You must not use the app to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or infringing material.
• Impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your authority.
• Distribute malware, expose credentials, evade platform safeguards, or interfere with the service.
• Violate Meta's terms, policies, community standards, advertising rules, or applicable law.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant KL Studio a limited permission to process, format, store, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to perform the requested publishing workflow.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for all supplied text, music, footage, images, trademarks, personal information, and other material. Publication through the app does not transfer ownership to KL Studio.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your Facebook account, Page roles, connected automation credentials, and devices. Do not provide Facebook passwords, access tokens, or App Secrets through public forms, source repositories, or ordinary messages.

KL Studio may suspend access when misuse, unauthorized activity, credential exposure, or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

Third-party platforms

The app depends on services operated by third parties, including Meta and hosting, storage, and automation providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply. Features may stop working when a provider changes its API, permissions, review requirements, availability, or policies.

KL Studio does not control Facebook distribution, moderation, audience reach, account restrictions, or the continued availability of third-party services.

Availability and changes

The service may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, platform compliance, or operational reasons. No guarantee is made that publishing will always occur at a requested time or without interruption.

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing content, permissions, publishing status, regulatory requirements, and the consequences of material published to your Page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KL Studio and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform outages, rejected posts, account restrictions, third-party changes, unauthorized credential use, or content supplied by a user.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service by removing the app through Facebook and revoking its permissions. KL Studio may terminate or restrict access for a violation of these terms, a security issue, or a platform requirement.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction. Questions or notices may be sent to [email protected].
